The dry winter runs from April to September and the wet summer is from October to April. Most rainfall occurs during summer between October and March and the best fishing is from October to March. Victoria Falls WeatherVictoria Falls has hot summers - October to April - sunny days with possible afternoon thundershowers. Summer ranges from 14°C/58°F to 30°C/86°F. Winter occurs from May to September and days are sunny and warm while evening temperatures are cold. Winter ranges from 5°C/41°F to 20°C/68°F. The Victoria Falls are most spectacular in April and May after the rainy season but at this time the river may be closed for rafting, depending on the water levels. Rafting is most extreme and exciting in the dry August to December months. |
